I just saw that the Free Press ran an article on our summer message series here. Thanks Jackie! It’s been great to see God use this series to catch the attention of our community and in some cases, even around the country.
As we look back over our 3 summers so far, the first one saw significant growth, which is highly unusual. Then the second summer, we stayed kind of flat, so we thought, well that’s just how it happens. Until this year, when we have had our highest attendance ever! I am so thankful for a church that is committed to expanding God’s kingdom every season, even seeing people added throughout the summer. Remember Colossians 2:19 says, "Under Christ’s control, the whole Body is nourished and held together…and grows as God wants it to grow."
