Everything is leadership-dependent. I have resolved to do everything I can this year to raise the level of leadership in my own life and in the leaders at TCC.
Who’s a leader? Not necessarily the people you think. A leader is anyone involved in serving at TCC. You mean the guy who takes out the trash? Yep. You mean the lady that sprays that air freshener so that the cafeteria doesn’t have that funky smell? That’s who I mean.
One of the practical ways we’re going to get face time with our team is through a new monthly leadership meeting called CURRENT. This is a must if we’re going to be prepared for God to bust loose with some BIG things through us in the coming months.
We’ll use this time to focus on growing
together as a team and gameplan our next plays. You’ll also have the
chance to meet together as specific ministry teams to talk about what’s
working, what’s not, and be ready for the coming month. Our hope is
that this time will actually save you time in the long run.
