I want to wish everyone a holly, jolly, super, duper, very, merry Christmas.

Tonight was awesome at our Christmas Eve service with standing-room only. Lots of good Christmas goodies, snow, and some great music. I want to especially thank everyone who worked so hard to make it all happen. All these lives could not be touched apart from your sacrificial service. I love the way you own the vision for what God wants to do through your lives and through TCC together.

Tonight, we had a fire burning in the fireplace (even though I was wearing shorts earlier today.) We had "finger foods" that the kids wanted to eat. I read "The Night Before Christmas," Kenzie read "The Grinch," and Bethanie read a Veggie Tales Christmas story. We watched a little "It’s a Wonderful Life" that I recorded off of TV back in 1986 when it was in black and white, complete with 20 year old commercials, and the girls and I opened some Christmas PJs that Pam got for us. And we finished up our Advent Calendar. We’ll be getting up too early in the morning, opening gifts, and heading out to Big D to see our family. I hope you get to enjoy the day with those you love.
