The Best Week Yet: Hashtag Follow

This week was truly amazing! Why? Because after our huge Easter Celebration, we thought we should get together the following week and do it all over again. That’s right. Every week we celebrate new life because of what Jesus did for us.

But let’s face it, any week with baptisms is a huge reminder of why I get up in the morning! I’m so thankful for Pastor Trey‘s leadership in Konnection Kidz that resulted in the 2 baptisms we saw on Sunday!

On a bittersweet note, this Sunday was the last week before Sam & Monica Woodberry relocate to Maryland. I am so proud and thankful for this gifted family and the way we have poured into each others’ lives over the last few years. It’s been an amazing ride that led us this far. We commissioned them to go and represent Christ and The Connection Church family wherever the road ahead may lead. They may be gone from us physically, but they always have a special place in our hearts. And who knows, the Lord may lead them back to us someday. Here, there or in the air!
