• The BIGGEST NEWS from Sunday! We celebrated with 6 people who went public with their faith through baptism!!! A lot of fruit we’re already seeing from Mega-Sports Camp and Youth Camp. LIFE-CHANGE! That’s really what it’s all about!
  • We got to meet tons of guests and 19 first-time Connection Cards were turned in! There’s no such thing as a summer slump at TCC!!! Keep it up!!!
  • I also talked to a lot of people who are coming to TCC from a long way off, so I get to say, “A Church Alive Is Worth The Drive!” (Good thing we don’t have a marquee sign, or it would be really cheesy!)
  • In the first service, we commissioned David Rodriguez as his job is moving him to Reno for 6 months. God has brought David from a mighty long way and used him to connect us with his brother Alex and fam back in the day. God’s not finished with him yet!
  • It was great to start to see our Street Team wear the bright, blinding, brand new t’s so they stand out in the parking lot (and don’t get run over.)
  • One of our projectors went down a couple of days after we ordered its replacement. It must have heard it was losing its job 🙂 The new one should be up and running this next weekend.
  • This week, we talked about the new Superman movie “Man of Steel.” In the movie, Superman is searching for his purpose and identity as a hero. Check out the message to discover your identity as a hero here or download the FREE TCC mobile app and listen there.
  • I had to cut out as soon as I finished the message in the third service to make it to my father-in-law’s ordination in Frankston. I’m proud of Chuck for that step he’s taken! We made it there with 20 minutes to spare. But I hate missing out on “lobby time” with everyone as they’re heading out after the service.
  • Some terrific pics were taken that you can see below. To check out all the photos taken by Nathan Latsha yesterday, visit our Flickr page.
