Weekly Rewind: Why I Give

This week was the wrap-up of The Tipping Point series. Ultimately, the whole series has been about positioning our lives to be in the center of God’s will and His blessings. Yes, I’m glad about where we’ve arrived this month because I know so many people have made the journey to obey God fully in the financial area and I can’t wait to hear the stories of what God does in people’s lives in the coming year!

We have consistently had over 1100 people in our services since the beginning of the year! There is such a great spirit of excitement and momentum as we move forward. Every week, I am meeting our new guests who are finding out for themselves the difference of The Connection Church.

We kicked off the Celebration with Travie McCoy’s Billionaire, but the new lyrics from Sam took it to the next level! What a fresh way to present the way we should actually be viewing our financial blessings. So, if you got there late, you missed one of the best parts!

We also gave away a free registration for the Run for the Love of It 5k in each Celebration. If you haven’t signed up, you can do that right now, right here.

The message was all about living on the other side of the balance when it comes to our finances with 10 benefits of faithful giving. It was so good to hear from Richard & Gracie Rodriguez who have been walking Stewardship Road for over 20 years and have seen God’s faithfulness firsthand! We also welcomed 16 brand new Connectors into our church family during Connection 101! I will never get over hearing the stories of each person whose life has been impacted by what God has done through our church family.
