We had six people cross the line to commit to our family last Sunday. Welcome some of the coolest new Connectors: Gerynn McFarland, Thomas Murphy, Eric Holen, Lisa Stafford, and Steve & Patty Etheridge. Sorry I didn’t snap a picture this time.
The way you become a part of our family is by trusting in Christ, by following Him through believer’s baptism, and by completing Connection 101 and making a commitment to membership. We value church membership because we all need a place we’re we love and are loved, serve and are served, know and are known, and celebrate and are celebrated.
It’s hard for us today to trust. Let’s face it, most of us are relationally challenged. But we must learn to love and do life together. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s critical to the kind of life God calls us to live. No matter who you are or where you are, you need God’s family and you need to be a part of it. Let’s do life together.
