One of the sights I love seeing each week is Glen welcoming the cars into the parking lot. You’d think it would be a tough job to stand out and serve in the Texas weather, but Glen says he enjoys serving on the Street Team because that way he always gets to greet the many brand new people who are checking out The Connection Church each week. He’s the first line of love for people who might not know what to expect as they pull up to a church that doesn’t really look like a church. Glen reassures them, points them in the right direction, and gives them the help they need to feel comfortable to set the tone for their whole experience with us!
I am so thankful for both Glen and his wife Gloria as they faithfully serve as a part of our family. Congrats Glen! You are this week’s Most Valuable Player!
