Don’t Kick the Bucket

Yes, I know it doesn’t make a good helmet, but these new containers are going to help us out a lot.
A lot of modern churches have stopped receiving an offering during the services and just have a drop off box at the back of the room. There’s nothing wrong with that, but I think its a mistake. At TCC, we pass the buckets because our joyful and generous giving is an important part of our worship. And just as important, we turn in our connection cards that help us keep our finger on the pulse of the church and let us know how to follow up with needs.
So we’ve now got a larger bucket to receive our responses! And if I need a new hat, I might wear one too!
