Last summer we had a major drought. I think it rained a day or two all summer. This summer is polar opposite. I think it’s been dry one or two days. I’ve only watered my yard once and it won’t stop growing. Last year, we had to cancel some of our summer baptisms due to the dry riverbed. This year, the river is raging and it’s pretty contaminated. And we’re having baptism this Sunday.
So, we believe this is a great opportunity to have spontaneous baptisms during the services this Sunday. We’re believing that many people will take the step this Sunday to go ahead and be baptized in our new portable baptistry during each of our services.
