I’m not sure if anybody actually reads this blog, but if so, you probably noticed this:

Here’s what happened:

I was heading up to Buda and trying to get on the access road to I-35. The line of cars facing north on the access road was backed up for a mile. So I thought, I just need to go south and get on the highway a little further down. I chose to cut behind a truck to turn left. Little did I know an officer was 2 cars behind me and gave me a ticket for "driving on the wrong side of the road." That’s in quotes because it makes it sound like I was actually driving on the wrong side of the road.

Okay, so I didn’t do the smartest thing. However, (here’s me getting defensive) I really didn’t realize that I could or would get a ticket for cutting across like that. Also, the traffic to get across that bridge, or just to go north from here, is absolutely insane.

So now I have to pay $108 and then take defensive driving. Which stinks, but I’ll take it on 2 nights at Gatti’s and get to enjoy some nasty pizza along the way.

  1. YOU GOT WHAT YOU DESERVED INSANE DRIVING PUNK! 🙂 Just kidding…

Let’s see how many people read this post of yours. This pathetic little post. Because I just checked and so far 274 people have read MY POST about your little run in with the fuzz.

  2. Thanks for being such a loyal reader. I’m sure people read this blog, it was whether or not anyone reads Zak’s that I was referring to. 🙂
