We’re going to be running for the love of it on Saturday morning, February 15th at 8am with a 5k route starting at The Connection Church. This will be a fun, family-friendly event with:
- a Chip-Timed Run/Walk
- a Kid’s Dash
- Live Music
- Refreshments
- Inflatable Games
- Lots of Award Categories!
You may be asking, “What is the IT we’re running for?” Well, as my momma used to say, “It’s between the ‘I’ and the ‘T’!” Yeah, I had a hard time understanding that saying too. But I’ll be more specific about the IT we’re running for.
For some people, IT might be that they love to run. For those twisted kinds of minds, you’ll have lots of fun getting out in the cool morning air for a brisk run with some great people. You can even walk it if that’s more your speed. Either way, you’ll be doing something that’s good for your body and your soul.
For others, the IT will be the great mission work that the proceeds of the run will go towards. This money will be going to our mission work to carry the name of Jesus around the world and help make like better in places like Agua Zarca in Guatemala.
No matter what church or group you’re a part of, get them together and join us at this event for the whole community.

| Entry Fees: | Early Registration is until February 1st Adult 5K – $25 Child 5K (age 17 and under) – $18 Kid’s Dash (age 12 and under) – $10 Late Registration is from Feb. 2nd until Race Day Adult 5K – $35 Child 5K (age 17 and under) – $23 Kid Dash (age 12 and under)- $13 |
