Weekly Rewind: Giving to the Tenth Power

This Sunday was the second week of our new series The Tipping Point and I was encouraged to see our largest number of people on a non-holiday weekend ever! In addition to the brand new faces, this week was like a family reunion with a lot of people I hadn’t seen in a while coming back to be with us again!

Kenzie sang Katy Perry’s Unconditionally with a powerful reminder of the way that God loves us! It was another one of those “you just had to be there” moments!

This week’s message was about the way that 10% unlocks the scale so it will tip in your favor. The amazing thing about the responses of people was the excitement of “getting” what tithing is all about. In each service, I gave away $100 to a random person in exchange for $10.
