The Best Week Yet: An Adventure to Live

This week we kicked off our new series called “Man Up” with a lot of fun and even more life change.

A big thanks to everyone who brought hygiene kits for us to deliver to the Agua Zarca village in Guatemala when we see them this coming week. We collected over 75 kits that will make a big difference for many people as we share with them how valuable they are to God!

Pastor Trey had a crazy costume onstage, dressed as all-around-sports-guy to remind us of how we can help out with Mega Sports Camp happening June 30th thru July 3rd and how we can get our kids signed-up for this free week of fun sharpening athletic skills and learning important lessons about godly character.

Our worship team this week featured some of the manliest men we know singing their hearts out in praise to God. You can listen to the original version of the songs on this Spotify playlist by clicking here.

We also had a meaning moment in each service to recognize our 2014 graduate with a photo montage video that you can watch here, a prayer of dedication. We gave each grad the Purpose Driven Life for Graduates book, and celebrated them with a luncheon in their honor.

We also had all three of our Connect U classes where many people took the next step in their spiritual journey. Some made the commitment to join The Connection Church through Connection 101, others made commitments to practice spiritual disciplines through 201, and some took the step to develop their spiritual gifts through 301.
