We unwrapped another exciting week at The Connection Church, starting with a community service Saturday morning, followed by a weekend of 4 power-packed Celebration Services, an afternoon 10-Year Birthday Party, and the GirlTime ladies event on Monday night. Needless to say, BIG things are happening right now! We even got to have a mini-birthday party in the service complete with confetti filled party poppers, because that’s just how we roll!
Our service this weekend continued the Waking the Dead series, where we visited the Biblical account of the death and raising of Lazarus found in John 11. Did you ever notice, Jesus always messed up funerals, because when he showed up, the dead would come back to life. We discovered how to experience Life Unwrapped. I even had a very un-scary mummy helping me out on stage. If you want to watch the message, you can check it out here.

The BIGGEST and BEST thing that happened was that 5 people took the plunge and were baptized!!! We love celebrating changed lives, and get to be a part of seeing people step forward in their faith on a regular basis! Thanks Connection Church for being willing to get the job done so that people can connect with God through Jesus!!!
