- There are so many reasons for us to be fired up about what happened this week at The Connection Church!
- I met a first time guest this week who told me that when she sat down in the Celebration Service, she immediately said to herself, “This is HOME!”
- The Hooton Family shared with us about 4-year-old Charlie’s first offering to God of $5.39. He did 3 important things: he SAVED, he was BRAVE, and he GAVE. If you want to learn more about how to save your money, as well as get out of debt, be a part of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University starting this Thursday. Find out more here. If you want to follow Charlie’s example of giving, go here.
- I love the new stage design! If you look closely, there’s a subtle hidden TCC logo in the pattern.
- We also had fun with our theme for the new series with Hershey’s Hugs and red punch.
- The message was about how to handle the vampire relationships in our lives by driving a stake in the ground to set solid boundaries. If you missed the message, check it out here or on the mobile app.
- We all go vampire on others when we look to other people to meet needs in our lives that only God can meet.
- The highlight of the morning was without a doubt the student who accepted Christ right in the lobby between services!
- We celebrated 4 more new believers through baptism!!!
- Check out some of the best pics from Sunday below or see them all on our Flickr page.
