I created two new iMixes today with music from my running playlist. I was so pumped listening to the list while I was running, that I thought it would be nice to share it with someone. This music is on the heavy side featuring some Christian bands that motivate me to keep moving. For my getting back into it session at Anytime Fitness, I just did the elliptical for 30 minutes and went 3 miles and burned just over 300 calories.  Several guys from TCC have a membership there, it’s close to the office and I’m thinking this will help me be more consistent in my exercise. Let’s hope that this will become a regular habit for me.
